Can I order in my State?
We recommend that you check the laws in your state to be sure that there are no laws against ordering prescriptions by mail order.  Currently we serve most of the states in the US.  Here is a list of the states we currently serve.  If your state is not in the list, then we cannot currently ship to you.

Are 1Stop-Pharmacy's Medications Safe?
Absolutely, all of our medications are approved by the FDA for use in the United States.

How long does it take to process my order?
In nearly all cases orders are processed by the next business day. In many cases an order will be processed the same day it is placed. You don't have to wait 4 to 6 days like some other providers.

What if my request is denied?
If for any reason your request is not filled, any charges will be refunded in full. It is our policy that, if we cannot help you with your medical needs, we do not believe that you should have to pay.

Is this legal?
Yes! We adhere strictly to all rules and regulations governing prescription drugs.

Isn’t a physical exam needed to determine if you would benefit from these medications?

If you have had a physical exam recently and consider yourself healthy, you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order for you to obtain the medications we offer. Thousands of psychiatrists and general practitioners throughout the US are prescribing certain medications after only reviewing the patient’s medical history, without a physical exam. The medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical history. There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this history is any more relevant than an online consultation.

Many patients prefer the anonymity of an online consultation as opposed to a conversation with one's personal physician. The patient is benefited by technology. It is not our position that the Internet could ever replace the importance of seeing your doctor regularly, in person. It is important that you seriously consider a full physical exam specifically to evaluate possible causes for your problem. The issuance of medication does not replace the need for a physical exam.

What is the return or refund policy?
In accordance with Federal Regulations, prescription drugs cannot be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore, when you place your order, you are accepting this regulation and must abide by it.

Can I cancel my order?
When we recieve an order, it is immediately processed. In many cases your order may be shipped the same day. This means that once your order is placed, it may very well be shipped out before you have a chance to cancel it. In this event we cannot refund your money until we receive the unopened package. In summary, if you are not sure about your order, it is best not to place the order until you are certain this is what you want or need.

What happens after I place my order?
When you place your order it is downloaded into a central database and a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The first thing that we do, is to verify that you have entered a valid credit card and the funds are available for your purchase. After credit card verification, your order is immediately submitted to the physician.

The physician will attempt to make a determination based on the medical information you provide. If your order is declined, we will notify you and any charges will be refunded in full. If the physician approves your order, he then writes the appropriate prescription and submits it to the pharmacy.

When the pharmacy fills your prescription, it is then placed in a shipping container and a shipping label is assigned to it. The package is sealed and placed in the outgoing area to be picked up by the shipping company. (DHL ) All packages will require your signature for delivery.

Once we have verified that your package has been shipped, we will email you with this information and your tracking number. In virtually no time, your package will arrive at its destination and you will have your medication.

Are 1Stop-Pharmacy's Drugs FDA approved?
Yes! All medications we ship are manufactured to U.S. FDA standards, we do not substitute. You can rest easy that you will receive only the highest quality pharmaceuticals through 1Stop-Pharmacy.

Is there a processing fee when I order refills?
No! There is no consultation or processing fee for refills. You pay only for the medication and the shipping rate you select. Once you have paid your initial consultation fee, you will not have to pay another one for 1 year as long as you purchase your medication through us. When you buy your medication through 1Stop-Pharmacy, we will pay the rest of your consultation fees for 1 year. If you should decide to have your prescription transfered, we are not responsible for any fees you may incur and when you return to consult the physician, you will be charged another consultation fee.

Why is my state not listed?
If your state is not listed in the address section, then for one reason or another, we are unable to provide our services to residents of your state.

Why is my country not listed?
1Stop-Pharmacy does not serve customers outside the United States.

Is 1stop-pharmacy.com the actual pharmacy?
We are not a pharmacy. We offer services of advertising, facilitating our customers in finding or locating licensed US physicians, licensed US mail-order Pharmacies, billing and customer service.
